JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-02-2019 Since the petitioner wants to resort the provision of assessment and compounding before the authority concerned, Mr. Vishal Vikram Rana, learned counsel for the petitioner, having Enrollment No. BR/1910/16, seeks permission to withdraw the present application, filed with a prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 220 of 2018, pending in the court of learned Special Court, Electricity, Hazipur, with liberty to move this Court again, after completion of assessment and compounding proceeding. Permission is accorded.
