JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 19-02-2020 This is an application for cancellation of bail granted to opposite party no. 2 by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 08.05.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 20469/2018 in connection with K. Hat P.S. Case No. 796/2017 for offences punishable under Sections 365, 120B and 406/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
