The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Excise Sadar Supaul P.S. Case No.263 of 2025 registered for the offence under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

As per the prosecution case, the recovery is of 210 liters of illicit liquor from the house of the petitioner. 4.

It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and she has falsely been implicated in this case. She is in custody since 28.09.2025.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready to donate Rs.25,000/- in some

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the petitioner is a lady, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Special Judge, Excise Court No.2, Supaul / concerned court below, in connection with Excise Sadar Supaul P.S. Case No. 263 of 2025.

This is also subject to the condition that the petitioner shall deposit an amount of Rs.25,000/- in Ramakrishna Math, Bhatta Bazar, Purnea and produce the receipt of the same before the Court below. The bail bonds of the petitioner shall be accepted after verifying the genuineness of the receipt produced by the petitioner.
