JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 09-01-2019 This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 24.7.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 36124 of 2018, by which petitioners have been granted anticipatory bail in connection with C.A. case no. 4228 of 2013 to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Purnea. Learned counsel for petitioners submits that they could not surrender in compliance of the order dated 24.7.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 36124 of 2018, because petitioners could not get bailor on time. Therefore, they pray for further four weeks' time to surrender in the Court below In view of such, four weeks' further time is granted to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc.
