Case No. 30 of 2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 394 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is not named in the FIR and later on his name transpired in the confessional statement of co-accused. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he was not named in the FIR first and on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused his name transpired and on the basis of CDR location, which shows that he was present at the time of occurrence and he is in custody since 20.9.2019. In view of above facts and circumstances, let petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Araria, in connection with Bounsi P.S. Case No. 30 of 2016 on the condition that he has to appear before the trial court as and when required, otherwise his bail bonds shall be cancelled.
