The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bhawanipur (Akabarpur) P.S. Case No. 58 of 2002 for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 323, 307, 452, 380, 376 and 511 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Considering the nature of allegation, the Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, his prayer for grant of bail is rejected. However, the Court below is directed to conclude the trial within a period of six months. (Anil Kumar Upadhyay, J) mdrashid/- U T
