2. This contempt application has been filed alleging violation of the order dated 24.07.2019 passed in CWJC No. 14836 of 2019 whereby, a direction was given to the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Arwal to take necessary corrective decision as regards the entitlement of the petitioner's

Patna High Court MJC No.5013 of 2019(3) dt.30-07-2025 2/2 pay scale.

3. Opposite party No. 5 has filed a show-cause wherein, in paragraph-5 it has been stated that the petitioner has been given Matriculation Trained Pay Scale from 20.06.2005 after passing of the teacher training examination.

4. In that view of the matter, I find that the order dated 24.07.2019 passed in CWJC No. 14836 of 2019 has been complied with by the respondents.

5. Accordingly, the contempt application stands closed and disposed off.
