Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case merely on basis of suspicion. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 10.04.2019.
