2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 74, 303(2), 352, 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. According to F.I.R., on the alleged date and time of occurrence, while informant was returning after attending nature's call, on the way this petitioner teased her and when informant went to the house of petitioner to complain, then this petitioner along with other accused persons assaulted the informant and her brother-in-law.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that both parties are co-villagers and are on litigating terms due to which

Rest of the allegations are ornamental only to make the case grave. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposed the bail application.

6. Considering the nature of accusation and clean antecedent, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chapra, Saran in connection with Chapra Town P. S. Case No. 582 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Navya/- U T
