2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bagha (Patkhauli) P.S. Case No. 742 of 2022 registered on 28.10.2022 lodged under Sections 379 and 401 read with Section 34 of the I.P.C.

3. As per the prosecution case, F.I.R. has been lodged against unknown accused persons.

4. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is victim in this case at the instance of the police. His name has been figured not only in the present case, but also in 19 more cases, since hot discussion took place with the petitioner, thereafter, police has star ted inserting his name in total 19 cases in which he is on bail in 15 cases and for the rest,

5. Counsel further submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He further submits that petitioner is in custody since 16.01.2023 and charge-sheet has already been filed.

6. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

7. In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail after framing of charge and on being satisfied that petitioner is not absconding in any of the cases pending against him which is mentioned herein below and on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., 1st Bagaha, West Chammparan in connection with Bagha (Patkhauli) P.S.
