1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AC to GA-7 for the State.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the land pertaining to Khata No.202, Plot No.834, 846, 832, 887 and 855, area 49.1 decimal at Mauza- Jahangirpur Andaur under Mohiuddin Nagar, District- Samastipur was acquired for the construction of road under Mukhya Mantri Gram Sampark
Patna High Court CWJC No.318 of 2025(2) dt.28-01-2025 2/3 Yojana.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the aforesaid land, which was acquired for the aforesaid purpose is his raiyati land and was acquired in the Year 2021, but till date, no compensation has been paid. It is further submitted that petitioner had represented before the Collector, Samastipur by his representation dated 29.10.2024 (Annexure-5) requesting him to pay compensation and the said representation was forwarded by the Collector to the Additional Collector, Samastipur and the Additional Collector by his letter dated 02.11.2024 (Annexure-6) directed the Executive Engineer and the District Land Acquisition Officer to enquire into the matter and to submit a report within a week. The learned counsel submits that till date, no action has been taken in pursuance of his representation dated 29.10.2024 submitted to the Collector and the petitioner is made to run from pillar to post.
4. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that the writ application can be disposed of with a direction to the Collector, Samastipur to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 29.10.2024 within a time frame in accordance with law.
5. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties,
Patna High Court CWJC No.318 of 2025(2) dt.28-01-2025 3/3 the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the Collector, Samsastipur to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 29.10.2024 (Annexure- P/5) in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
