The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 498(A)of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the dispute between the parties has been resolved through the process of mediation which is kept at Flag-N. He further submits that petitioner is ready to keep opposite party no. 2 with full dignity and honour.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.79902 of 2019(6) dt.04-01-2022 2/2 be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Complaint Case No. 275 of 2019 corresponding T.R. No. 3708 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
