2. The instant writ application has been filed for quashing part of the order dated 05.03.2020, at Serial No. 72, whereby and whereunder the Bihar State Sentence Remission Board, Patna refused to release the husband of the petitioner on remission from jail, although he had already completed the
Patna High Court CWJC No.1779 of 2025(7) dt.23-03-2026 2/2 period of sentence, by rejecting the recommendations of the S.P., Gaya, as well as the Probation Officer, Patna, who had recommended consideration of release of the petitioner's husband, namely, Ajit Sao, who has been confined in jail in connection with Arwal P.S. Case No. 193 of 1986.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the decision of the Bihar State Sentence Remission Board, Patna for pre-mature release, the husband of the petitioner has been released from jail on reconsideration, and nothing survives for adjudication.
