The petitioners seek bail in a case registered under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 379, 387, 427, 434, 504 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegedly, in the backdrop of a land dispute, the accused persons damaged and took away the pillars of the informant with them. On protest, the informant was insulted and threatened of dire consequences.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that there is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 20-08-2018. Charge

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18296 of 2019(5) dt.19-09-2019 2/2 sheet has already been submitted. The petitioners have been falsely implicated in the present case. The matter relates to property dispute and for the said reason, the present case has been instituted against the petitioners. Except for this, there is no other substantive evidence to suggest the implication of the petitioners in the present case.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioners are named in the Complaint Case/F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Lauriya P.S. Case No. 150 of 2018.
