====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 24-02-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Case No. 80C2 of 2009 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 33, 41 and 42 of Indian Foresh Act,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.87508 of 2019(3) dt.24-02-2020 2/3 1927 and Sections 17a, 27, 32 of Wild Life Prote4ction Act, 1972.

The prosecution story as per prosecution report is that a report from forest good way received on 11.10.2008 vide receipt no.04967 and on 12.10.2008 went to P.O. with the forest good and saw at stoner were mined from plot no.162 and the accused were called for inquiry but they did not turn up but on the inquiry, the former marking nearby named there petitioners according this prosecution report presented before the learned Court.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are farmer and are engaged in cultivation of land and house no concerned with their type of activities. He further submits that the occurrence took place on 19.11.2008 and F.I.R. was sent to the court on 07.04.2009. Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that there is no specific allegation against the petitioners. He further submits that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
