2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341 , 379, 323 , 307, 504, 147, 149 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Allegation against this petitioner is of assault on the head of the informant. Doctor has found injury simple in nature. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

4. Considering the nature of injury and clean antecedent of the petitioner, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C . J . M, Buxar in connection with Buxar (Muffasil) P.S. case No. 383 of 2023 , subject to the
