The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Kishanganj P.S. Case No.99 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering that the name of the petitioner transpired in course of investigation in case of theft of a motorcycle, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. The application is rejected.

In case, the petitioner surrenders and seeks bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced in any manner by this order.
