JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 17-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 376, 354, 448, 506/34 of the IPC and sections 66(a), 66(c) of the I.T. Act.

The allegation of rape as well as preparation of obscene video is against co-accused Samsul Ansari. So far as petitioner is concerned, it is alleged that he along with the main accused Samsul Ansari and other accused got viral obscene video of the informant.

Considering the facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties and also taking note of this fact that the petitioner is jail custody since 24.9.2018, let the petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.80155 of 2018(2) dt.17-01-2019 2/2 be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in Gopalganj Mahila P.S. Case no. 04/2018.
