2. The petitioner has prayed for bail in connection with Bhawanipur P.S. Case No. 110 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The case of the prosecution, in short, is that two unknown miscreants have snatched the informant's bag containing Rs. 4,00,000/- in cash, Aadhar Card, Pan Card, ATM Card, mobile and stamp.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in this
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.85827 of 2025(2) dt.19-01-2026 2/3 case. The F.I.R. was lodged against unknown miscreants. During Course of investigation, one Mantajir Alam @ Md. Masrul @ Md. Munna @ Md. Mantajir was apprehended and he has given his confessional statement and in his confessional statement, the name of this petitioner has surfaced. It has further been submitted that nothing has been recovered from his possession. It has also been submitted that said Mantajir Alam has been granted bail by learned Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 343 of 2025 and other co-accused Mithun Kumar Das and Ravi Kumar have also been granted bail by learned Co-ordinate Bench vide Cr. Misc. No. 86439 of 2024 and 32285 of 2025 respectively. The case of this petitioner stands on similar footing. He is languishing in judicial custody since 08.08.2024.
5. Learned APP appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the application for bail.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief
