2. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for following reliefs:- (i) For issuance of a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ/ writs, order/orders, direction/directions for fixing appropriate and adequate accountability on the guilty respondents/ authority/ officials especially respondent no.- 6 & 7 who are in collusion and for the fulfilment of their motive to obtain illegal gains rejected the mutation application of the land pertaining Khata
Patna High Court CWJC No.455 of 2025(2) dt.22-01-2025 2/2 no.- 17, Tauji. 455, Revenue P.S. 136, Khesra. 1576, Rakba. 4.7 Decimal several times for the reason that petitioner refused to pay illegal gratification to them in spite of the fact that both the vendor & vendee of the said land are Bonafide seller and purchaser and the land was mutated in the name of vendor at the time of execution of the sale deed and in spite of the fact that mutation applications related to other parts of the very said land was approved by the respondent no.-6 without any hindrance, caused under actual apprehension of the deprivation of constitutional right to property and for the reason that the petitioner sent several representations before the concerned authorities informing them about the nexus of demand of illegal gratification for mutation. (ii). For any other relief/reliefs for which the petitioner is entitled under law.
3. The petitioner may raise his grievance before the Collector, East Champaran.
4. With the aforesaid observation, this writ petition stands disposed of.
