====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 22-02-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.
The petitioner seeks bail in Tandwa P.S. Case No. 52 of 2011, instituted for the offence under Section(s)143, 149, 307, 427 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 3⁄4 of Explosive Substance Act and Section 17 C.L.A. Act.
It is alleged in the written report that informant got information that bomb has been kept on the road. The informant along with police personnel reached the place of occurrence but by that time explosion took place. The villagers told that 5-7 miscreants have kept he bomb and fled away toward the forest shouting slogan.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that Police arrested the petitioner on suspicion. He further submits that

Petitioner is in custody since 30.6.2018.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad, in connection with Tandwa P.S.
