The petitioner filed an application for regular bail before this Court vide order dated 20.04.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 30594 of 2021 which has been withdrawn with liberty to renew his prayer for bail if the trial would not be concluded within the stipulated period of time which mentioned in its report dated 21.03.2024.

Again, on order dated 09.02.2024 a report was called for with respect to stage of trial which has been received dated 19.02.2024 which suggests that the trial will be concluded by the end of June, 2024.

In view of the aforesaid circumstances, learned counsel for the petitioner after making some submissions, seeks

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6533 of 2024(3) dt.04-04-2024 2/2 permission to withdraw this bail application. Permission is accorded.

This application stands disposed off with a direction to trial Court to conclude the trial within the stipulated period of time i.e., end of June, 2024 as mentioned in its report failing which , the petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.
