This is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction, directing the respondents concerned for holding a fair and the partial investigation of the Case in proper way in accordance with law without making any delay arising out of Karande P.S. Case No. 56/2023 instituted u/s 147, 341, 323,, 324, 307, 337, 338, 379, 427, 504 of the Indian Penal Code instituted on the basis of written report submitted by Respondent no.5.

3. The learned counsel for the State has submitted that the accusations have been found true but the charge sheet has not been submitted.
4. In these circumstances, if the investigation is not concluded then the Karande Police will conclude the investigation within the next three months.
5. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this application is disposed of.
