Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 30(a) and 30(d) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act and section 25(1-b)a and 26 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has no concern with the seized article. The alleged vehicle also does not belong to this petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 19.10.2019.

Case No. 496 of 2019.
