JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 01-07-2022 The present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondents especially the Respondent No. 2 to pay the outstanding amount of rent due since 12.02.2011 to 15.11.2015 with regard to the petitioner's go-down hired by the Respondent No. 2 situated at village Harsher, Goraul, District Vaishali. The learned counsel appearing for the Bihar State Food and Civil Supplies Corporation Ltd., Shri Sanjeev Kumar submits that in case the petitioner files appropriate representation before the Respondent No. 2, the same shall be examined and his grievances shall be redressed in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent No.2

Patna High Court CWJC No.664 of 2019(2) dt.01-07-2022 2/2 by filing appropriate representation and in case such a representation is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be disposed of by a reasoned and a speaking order within a period of six weeks thereafter and in case any outstanding amount is found due, the same shall also be paid within a period of four weeks thereof.
