The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Atri P.S. Case No. 307 of 2019 for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is regarding the petitioner having tried to come near the informant, being in a drunken state, however, the informant is said to have raised alarm, whereupon the petitioner had fled away.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is having a clean antecedent.

No.80385 of 2019(2) dt.06-12-2019 2/2 Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from today, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bailbonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate- XIII, Gaya in connection with Atri P.S. Case No. 307 of 2019, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
