The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 392 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 149, 353, 427, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering that the petitioners along with others entered into the office of the informant Block Development Officer, Narkatiyaganj, abused him and forcibly took away certain official records, I am not inclined to grant them prearrest bail. The application for grant of pre-arrest bail to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.80662 of 2018(2) dt.08-02-2019 2/2 petitioners is rejected.

In case, the petitioners surrender and seek bail the same shall be considered on its own merits without being prejudiced in any manner by this order.
