1. Heard learned senior counsel for the petitioner, learned APP for the State and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant.
2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 327, 384, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had earlier moved before this Court seeking anticipatory bail by filing Cr. Misc. No.84119 of 2024 and the same came to be rejected by an order dated 19.04.2025. It is further submitted that thereafter petitioner surrendered before the learned Trial Court and was taken in custody. It is further submitted that thereafter petitioner moved before this Court seeking regular bail by filing Cr. Misc. No.54960 of 2025 which was permitted to be withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge, as such, in terms of the liberty granted by order dated 26.09.2025 in Cr. Misc. No.54960 of 2025, the instant regular bail application has been filed.
4. Learned A.P.P. as well as the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant opposes the bail application. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant submits that petitioner has not approached this Court with clean hands. It is submitted that at Para-3, it has been pleaded that petitioner is a person with clean antecedent when he has antecedent of one case being Lodipur P. S. Case No. 92 of 2017 (Annexure-R/6). It is also submitted that after the charges were framed, three witnesses have been examined and only six witnesses remain to be examined.
5. At this stage, the learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that in the event, if privilege of regular bail is granted to the petitioner, the petitioner will not abscond rather will cooperate in the trial to prove his innocence.

After hearing the learned counsel for the parties, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Sabaur P. S. Case No.23 of 2024, subject to the condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be his father Shaligram Yadav.
7. The application stands allowed.
8. It is made clear that if the learned Trial Court comes to a conclusion that petitioner after his release is trying the delay the trial in any manner, in that event, the learned Trial Court shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner.
9. The Court expects that the learned Trial Court shall also expedite the trial.
