In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 505 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 489 (A), 489(B), 489(C), 420 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. As per the statement made in the Fardbeyan the Police has received secret information at about 2:15 am. that a man is standing at Dudh Market, Station road, near Hanuman Mandir, with a bag having fake currency. Thereafter a Special Team was constituted and the said Team reached near the said place, on seeing the Police Party the said person was started fleeing away, but he was intercepted. On search, fake currency

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.808 of 2019(2) dt.28-01-2019 2/2 of Rs.2,000/-, total Rs.4,00,000/- having been recovered from the possession of that person, who disclosed the name of the present petitioner.

Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected.
