The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 1684 of 2016 for the offence registered under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is regarding the accused persons having fraudulently got a sale deed executed and in the process had grabbed the money of the informant inasmuch as the agreed amount was not paid to the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is neither the purchaser nor the seller of the

It is further submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case on account of being a distant relative of one of the co-accused person. Lastly, it is submitted that the petitioner is having a clean antecedent. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IX, Bhgalpur in connection with Complaint Case No. 1684 of 2016 subject to the conditions as stipulated under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
