JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 27-09-2024 It is submitted by the learned counsel for the opposite parties that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 14.09.2023, passed in CWJC No.12146 of 2023, the Circle Officer, Mohania has passed the final order dated 06.10.2023, in connection with Encroachment Case in question and he has found that the case in hand is not an encroachment matter, hence the opposite parties do not intend to proceed against the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

3. Accordingly, the present contempt petition stands disposed off in the light of the stand taken by the opposite parties, as aforesaid, as also in the show-cause filed in the present case.
