JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-12-2019 The grievance of the petitioner relates to encroachment caused by respondent No. 6 over a public land, appertaining to Plot No. 340 situate in Mauza Padari Harnoth of Chakia Anchal in the district of East Champaran. It appears that, at the instance of the petitioner, an Encroachment Case No. 01 of 2018-19 has been initiated, which is said to be pending before the Circle Officer, Chakia. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that till date no substantial progress has been made in the said encroachment case.
