2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The case of the prosecution, in short, is that unknown miscreants have looted Rs.5,96,000/- from the cattle traders.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of this petitioner has surfaced during course of investigation in the confessional statement of one Amarjeet Kumar. It has further been submitted that nothing has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner. It has also been submitted that Amarjeet Kumar who has named this petitioner in his confessional statement has been granted bail by the learned Co-ordinate Bench

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.88773 of 2025(2) dt.06-01-2026 2/2 vide Cr. Misc. No. 8071 of 2017. Save and except the confessional statement of co-accused there is nothing against the petitioner.

5. Learned Additional Prosecutor for the State has vehemently opposed the bail application of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail with the condition that the petitioner shall co-operate in the trial and shall be present on each and every date in the trial court till the disposal of the case. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Aurangabad Mufassil P.S. Case No. 209 of 2015 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad.
