Petitioner's claim for regularization stands rejected in view of the order, which has been placed on record in the show cause filed by the respondent-authorities. Decision has been taken in the Meeting dated 29.05.2018, Minutes of which are enclosed at Annexure C.

The said order ensures compliance of the Writ Court's order as well as gives rise to a fresh cause of action to assail the
