2. Petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Nemdarganj P. S. Case No. 08 of 2024 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per F.I.R., stolen truck was recovered from the house of petitioners.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence. Petitioners are not named in the F.I.R. and they have been made

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.88660 of 2024(2) dt.21-02-2025 2/2 accused only on the basis of confessional statement of coaccused person. Petitioners are in custody since 19.09.2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application and submits that stolen truck in question was recovered from the house of these petitioners and they have got eight criminal antecedents.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for regular bail of the petitioners is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Navya/- U T
