JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 05-02-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and State. The petitioners are in custody in connection with Goh P.S. Case No. 214 of 2018 for the offence under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent and they are in custody since 28.09.2018.

Referring to the prosecution case, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that on account of accident on the highway, villagers have blocked the road and petitioners have been made accused by the police for procession, which was created by the villagers.

No.1265 of 2019(2) dt.05-02-2019 2/2 Having regard to the fact that in the instant case omnibus allegation has been levelled against the petitioners and others and also the fact that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar, Aurangabad in connection with Goh P.S. Case No. 214 of 2018.
