2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Tekari ( Mau) P.S.Case No. 254 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304 (b), 201,34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioners are brothers-in-law of the deceased. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are in custody since 24.08.2023, having clean antecedent.

5. Considering the facts and circumstance of the case,

No.3440 of 2024(5) dt.09-04-2024 2/2 this application is allowed, let the above named, petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- ( ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, VI, Gaya in Tekari ( Mau) P.S.Case No. 254 of 2020.
