JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 08-02-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Janta Bazar P.S. Case No. 157 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 147, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of assault to the daughter of the informant on head by rod.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the injury is simple in nature and he has no criminal antecedent.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail
