Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the facts of the present case is identical to the facts of C.W.J.C. No.55 of 2019 (M/s. Maa Mundeshwari Carbon Pvt. Limited & Anr. vs. The Central Coalfields Limited and Anr.). He further submits that the points raised in this writ petitioner is identical to the points raised in the aforesaid writ petition i.e. C.W.J.C. No.55 of 2019, so this writ petition should also be disposed of in the same terms as has been done in that case.

Patna High Court CWJC No.24940 of 2018(4) dt.28-01-2021 2/2 Learned counsel for the Central Coalfields Limited has no objection to pass the identical order as that of C.W.J.C. No. 55 of 2019.

In such view of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the order passed in C.W.J.C. No. 55 of 2019 (M/s. Maa Mundeshwari Carbon Pvt. Limited & Anr. vs. The Central Coalfields Limited and Anr.).
