Petitioner seeks bail in Kalyanpur P.S. Case No.134 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 272, 273 Indian Penal Code and 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that 107.550 litres foreign liquor has been recovered from the Bhuskar and Scorpio vehicle. Petitioner was not found at the spot. Petitioner is in custody since 17.11.2018.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.79851 of 2018(2) dt.11-01-2019 2/2 each to the satisfaction of the 3rd Additional Session Judge cum Special Judge, Excise, Samastipur, in connection with Kalyanpur P.S.
