2.The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 29362C of 2014 registered under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 138 of the N.I. Act.

3. The prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Hon'ble High Court vide order dated 08.09.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 47785 of 2023.

4. Petitioner has renewed his prayer for anticipatory bail on the ground that the process of 82 Cr.P.C. and the nonbailable warrant which were issued against the petitioner had already been set aside by the learned A.D.J.-XXXI, Patna vide order dated 14.09.2023 passed in Cr. Revision No. 441 of 2023.

5. On the other hand, learned counsel for the State submits that petitioner has been declared absconder and fresh

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3893 of 2024(4) dt.10-04-2024 2/2 process of 82 Cr.P.C. has been initiated against the petitioner.

4. Considering the aforesaid development, second petition for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner is dismissed as not maintainable.
