Petitioners are in custody in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 500 of 2018 for the offence under section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. He submits that petitioners are in custody since 31.8.2018.

Considering the fact that petitioners have no criminal antecedent and the investigation in the instant case is now complete, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners, let the petitioners, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties
