JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 11-12-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Rajauli P.S. Case No. 272 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Recovery of 30 liters of illicit liquor from the bank of river and petitioners are also present there. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case and nothing has been recorded from the conscious possession of the petitioners and there is no source of information mention in the F.I.R. Petitioner have no criminal antecedent. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Nawada, in connection with Rajauli P.S. Case No. 272 of 2019, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
