2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363 and 366A of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, on 06.02.2022 at about 7 PM, all the F.I.R. named accused persons, including this petitioner, kidnapped the daughter of the informant, who is still traceless.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. As a matter of fact, the daughter of the informant has left her house on her own will and solemnized marriage with co-accused Gautam Paswan. Petitioner claims clean antecedents.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and submitted that this petitioner is named in the F.I.R. and the victim is still traceless.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, nature of accusation and the fact that the victim is still traceless, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is rejected.
