Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleges that the petitioner caused injury to his wife, as a result whereof, she died in presence of the informant.

Submission is that false and concocted allegation has been levelled for the occurrence dated 16.07.2018 on 20.11.2018 without any explanation for the same. In fact victim had died in her parent's house and after cremating the dead body, false case has been lodged.

No.82435 of 2019(2) dt.17-12-2019 2/2 Finding prima facie substance in the submission aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Dinara Police Station Case No.444 of 2018, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
