2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rupauli P.S. Case No. 240 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 376/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 6 of the POCSO Act.

3. As per the F.I.R., the rape has been committed by Sajan Kumar upon the victim.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner is in jail since 27.09.2023 and there is a delay of six months in lodging the FIR.

6. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 7th Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge (POCSO) Act, Purnea in connection with Rupauli P.S.
