ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 05-12-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 22.09.2019 in connection with Baruraj P.S. Case No.191 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26,35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that only on suspicion that the petitioner and one Munna Pratap had collected to commit crime, they were taken into custody. It is further submitted that the petitioner has not been placed on T.I. Parade and has no criminal antecedents.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedents, let the petitioner, above named, be released on
