2. In the present writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:

"That, it is respectfully and humbly submitted that, the present writ application is being filed by the petitioner for issuance of an appropriate writ or writs, order or orders, direction or directions in the nature of

Patna High Court CWJC No.898 of 2019 dt.13-07-2023 2/3 mandamus for commanding and directing the respondents concern to ensure and make payment with full-flagged calculation under the head of difference of arrear salary for the period of July 1982 to 30.06.2018, difference or arrear pension, difference amount under the head of Gratuity, Leave Encashment, Group Insurance amount along with calculation chart. And/or, further for any other appropriate relief or reliefs for which the petitioner is entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case."

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission to file a detailed representation along with all the evidences in support of his claim for payment of retiral dues. The petitioner has been retired from the post of Professor In-charge in K.K.M. College, Jamui on 30.06.2016.

4. The Registrar, Tilkamanjhi Bhagalpur University, Bhagalpur is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner considering the fact that as to whether the petitioner is entitled to the claim as made in the present writ petition within a period of six weeks. If the petitioner is found to be entitled for his claim of gratuity and earned leave, the same be paid to the petitioner not beyond a further period of three weeks.

5. It goes without saying that petitioner is also

6. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
