The petitioner is aggrieved by non-publishing of her result even though she has passed in the examination which was conducted by Baba Saheb Bhim Rao Ambedkar Bihar University, Muzaffarpur.

The petitioner had enrolled herself as B.Sc. Student in physics discipline in Ram Briksha Benipur

Patna High Court CWJC No.24699 of 2019(2) dt.10-12-2019 2/3 Mahila College, Muzaffarpur. In some of the additional subjects in each year, the petitioner had failed but later passed in the compartmental examination. As on date, the petitioner has passed in all the examination which would be necessary for publishing her result. Despite this, for reasons not known to the petitioner, her result has not been published. Because of such non-publication of the result, the petitioner is not in a position to pursue her higher studies.

A representation also has been filed before the Registrar and Vice Chancellor of the University separately, but till date such representations have yielded no results.

Under the aforesaid circumstances, the petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation before the Registrar of Baba Saheb Bhim Rao Ambedkar Bihar University, Muzaffarpur (Respondent No. 3) within a period of two weeks, who on receipt of the aforesaid representation shall verify the facts and shall pass a

Patna High Court CWJC No.24699 of 2019(2) dt.10-12-2019 3/3 reasoned order within a further period of four weeks and shall intimate the decision to the petitioner. If the result is required to be published, it should be published forthwith. If for any reason, there is some justification for withholding the result, the reason as well as the decision for withholding the same shall also be communicated to the petitioner forthwith.

With the aforesaid observation / direction, this petition stands disposed off.
