2. The application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for modification of the order dated 19.10.2023, passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 64866 of 2023, seeking a prayer for extending the period of further four weeks time for surrender and furnishing bail bond.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner resides outside the State for his livelihood and because of improper communication, the petitioner could not come and surrender. However, the petitioner undertakes that if two weeks further time is extended from today, he would ensure his surrender and

4. Considering the submissions made at the bar, the present modification application stands allowed. Two weeks further time is extended from today, enabling the petitioner to surrender and furnish bail bond.

5. The order dated 19.10.2023, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 64866 of 2023, stands modified to the extent indicated, hereinabove.
